Sift isn't finding any coupons at checkout.

Make sure you're on the cart or checkout page (not just a product page) and that you've allowed the extension to run on the site. Some stores block automated code testing — Sift works on thousands of retailers but not all.

A coupon it found didn't work at checkout.

We track success rate per retailer and rank codes by how often they work today, but merchant rules change daily. If a code fails, click "Try Next" in the popup — Sift will sequentially test the rest of the candidates.

Does Sift cost anything?

No — Sift is free, with no account required. There's no premium tier yet; the Chrome Web Store listing will reflect any future pricing changes before they ship.

How do I uninstall?

Right-click the Sift icon in your Chrome toolbar → "Remove from Chrome". Uninstalling clears the install ID stored in chrome.storage automatically.

How do I report a bug or a broken retailer?

Send the store URL and what you saw to the address below. Include the Chrome version (from chrome://version) — it helps us reproduce.
